Adult sessions

Weekly or fortnightly group Conductive Education sessions with people managing the same condition, working on the skills that help you move more freely and stay independent.

About our adult sessions

Our adult group sessions bring together people living with the same condition, so everyone in the room understands the day-to-day reality you’re dealing with. Sessions run weekly or fortnightly throughout the year, led by a qualified conductive education specialist who builds each programme around your goals to help you move more confidently, stay steady on your feet and hold onto your independence.

Working alongside people who understand your condition can help build your confidence quickly. You can share strategies, celebrate your progress together and keep each other motivated between sessions.

Regular group sessions support your healthspan, too, helping you build and maintain the strength, balance and coordination that keep your daily life on your terms, for longer. If you’d prefer one-to-one support, our individual sessions offer a fully bespoke plan, built entirely around you.
