The MBH Autumn/Winter term starts on Monday 5th September,

please note some sessions day/times have changed since last term.

Through their school, Moor Park, Eliza (10),
Tamsin (12) and Fenella Hallett (13) (who now attends Moreton Hall) have
visited and raised money for Megan Baker House in the past and were aware of
the excellent work achieved at the charity. Therefore when they decided to run
a fun dog show for their friends Megan Baker House seemed to be the perfect

Over the years the girls have accumulated a number of rosettes through their
pony showing and instead of throwing them away they decided to adapt the
rosettes for their own show.  The girls planned and designed their own
schedule and sent it out to various friends, who enthusiastically took up the
challenge on a hot August day.  20 dogs and their various owners took part
in a variety of competitions from a hotly contested scurry, gymkhana, show
jumping, retrieve and a very colourful fancy dress culminating in a supreme
championship!  Dogs and owners left covered in rosettes exhausted and all
wanted to come again next year!  The dog show raised £200 for Megan Baker

“Megan Baker House has been awarded a two-year grant of £60,000 by Garfield Weston.

The grant is to support its work in providing a pathway to independence.”
