Joanne and Georgia Kertland

We are relatively new at Megan Baker House but already feel?at home?in the relaxed professional atmosphere.

I?knew little of Conductive Education until I met a group of like minded mums who told me of Megan Baker House.

As a family we were a little apprehensive about the commitment required to travel, the juggling of our other son and?whether Georgia would benefit; but having met the Conductors and staff?we were sure she would.? After a short time Georgia is starting to show an improvement in her right arm.?She is in a small group for hemiplegic children and is enjoying it.

For a long time I felt lost looking for something that would help Georgia before she started school.? I can see her becoming more independent and less reliant on me and I feel that this is down to Megan Baker House and the help she is given there, I just wish we had found out about it sooner.
