Last month at MBH
March has been a busy month for us here at MBH especially as it has been leading up to the Easter Holidays which means PROGRESS REPORT TIME. We are in the process of writing all the children’s achievements and photo reports ready to send out to both the parents and professionals.
During the first week Chloe attended another 2 days of her course at National Institute of Conductive Education (NICE) and Zoe was invited to Kidderminster College carers fair and promoted MBH and the courses provided at NICE.
On the 6th we all headed to Liverpool where ‘Stick n Step’ were hosting the annual conference. Becky presented to other attendees on her journey at MBH as an Assistant and how the Conductor Assistant course influencing this. The conference was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed by all!
Again we have welcomed more PGCE students from Worcester University to MBH to get some hands on experience along with more students from other local colleges.
Zoe was invited to a local coffee morning where she was presented with a £200 cheque from Brimfield Amateur Dramatics Society (BADS) we are very grateful for their continued support!
Debenhams have supported us again this month and on Wednesday 18th we were in the café to raise MBH awareness and also we received 10% of proceeds taking in the café on the day.
On Saturday 21st we held an in store collection at Sainsbury’s, Hereford and despite the artic winds we raised £286.11
During our paper work week 23rd – 27th we assessment a lot more children who could potentially benefit from our service, we will write up their assessment reports and get them sent out. We also all received a well earnt massage from Donna “Go Well Being” who is kind enough to support MBH and provide all staff with a massage a few times throughout the year.
